The process starts with an assigned consultant that works closely with your designated personnel to explore the Health/Safety & Wellness objectives of the corporation and after analysis a program design is formulated and presented back to the business. Reports to Management
Life2Go will monitor the usage of the wellness application, as to where employees are spending most of their time in the site, how many times they log in, and other aggregate data that does not infringe on the employee’s personal information. Meetings will be mutually agreed upon to determine continuing refinement to further customize Life2Go to meet client requirements. It will be our purpose to keep clients well informed while taking responsibility for total management of the program, and tracking progress.
Consulting
Starting with the high level overview to understand company objectives around wellness and from there design an action plan that is presented back to the business including; specific programs, budget, timelines, reporting and communications.
Possible Recommendations
Health Risk Assessment – online or paper based survey to get a benchmark for the overall health of the employees. These are filled out by the employee and Life2Go has a few different assessments available depending on the need.
Biometric Screening – deploy qualified nurses to all locations that will conduct tests to better understand the overall health of the organization including; blood pressure, blood testing for glucose, cholesterol , flu shots etc.
Benefit & Pension Plan Analysis – let Life2Go’s experts take a look at your programs and hear how you may maximize these programs so that they truly are a Benefit for you and your employees – You do have OPTIONS!
Bench Mark Reporting – aggregate reports showing overall wellness of the employees, identifying health risks so that appropriate program(s) can be designed
Branded Wellness Portal – low cost online web site that is branded and available to employees and their spouses. Excellent program which could be the Wellness Foundation for any corporation. Features include; Personal Fitness and Nutrition programs that are instantly design based on personal profiles, videos and relevant health articles
